THE MESSAGE: DISMANTLING RELIGIOUS DECEPTION 📢

In the Body of Christ today, there is a dangerous, unscriptural dogma that equates seeking medical care with a lack of faith. Some Christians—including pastors, ministers, choir members, and gospel musicians—suffer in silence or die prematurely because they were taught that visiting a medical doctor diminishes their spiritual standing.

Even more painful is the hypocrisy in some pulpits: some preachers mount the altar and command their congregants never to visit hospitals or take medication, declaring it as "weak faith," yet when these same leaders or their family members fall sick, they quietly seek private specialist treatment, fly overseas for medical care, and hide their prescriptions!

Jesus Christ exposed this spirit of hypocrisy in Matthew 23:3–4, warning against those who tie heavy, impossible burdens on men’s shoulders while refusing to lift a finger themselves. Medical knowledge is not the enemy of divine healing; medicine is a product of divine wisdom entrusted to humanity to preserve life. God works through prayer, and God works through physicians! 🏥💡

I do not preach this to you as mere theory; I stand before you as a living, breathing testimony of both divine faith and medical science!

In my own journey, I have had cause to go to the hospital several times. I did not hide it, nor was I ashamed. Right here in Australia, I have openly documented and shared my hospital experiences, treatments, and recoveries through photos and videos for the world to see!

Did going to the hospital reduce my anointing? Never! Did it mean I lacked faith in God? Absolute lie! I prayed with burning faith, and I submitted my physical body to the medical wisdom that God gave to doctors. By the special grace of Almighty God, I am alive today—strong, healthy, and preaching the Gospel with power! If your Apostle and Pastor can openly go to the hospital and testify with boldness, no minister has the spiritual right to place you under guilt or bondage. 🕊️💪✨

1. Jesus Endorsed Medical Doctors / Jésù Fọwọ́ Sí Iṣẹ́ Àwọn Oníṣègùn 🩺📖

In Matthew 9:12, our Lord Jesus Himself made an open declaration: "Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick." Jesus did not say, "Those who are sick have weak faith." He explicitly recognized the role of doctors as professionals equipped to handle sickness. Seeking professional help when ill is fully recognized by Christ.

Apostle Paul raised the dead and performed extraordinary miracles through handkerchiefs (Acts 19:11–12). Yet, throughout his missionary journeys, his faithful traveling companion was Luke—whom Paul openly described as "the beloved physician" (Colossians 4:14). Furthermore, when Timothy had frequent stomach ailments, Paul did not rebuke his faith; he gave him a practical, medicinal prescription (1 Timothy 5:23).

If a car engine has a mechanical fault, you visit an auto mechanic; if your heart, kidney, or blood pressure malfunctions, you visit a medical expert while praying. Refusing medical care out of spiritual pride is not faith—it is presumption and testing the Lord!

4. Gospel Ministers and Musicians Are Human / Àwọn Òjíṣẹ́ àti Olùkọrin Ìròyìn Ayọ̀ Jẹ́ Ẹ̀dá Ènìyàn 🎤🌿

Gospel ministers, worship leaders, and musicians often experience heavy schedules, burnout, sleepless nights, vocal stress, and emotional fatigue. You are an anointed vessel, but your body is still clay! Pastors and ministers must undergo regular medical checks, monitor their blood pressure, rest adequately, and take prescribed medicines without shame or fear of condemnation.
