Situated in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs (including Werribee and Mambourin), our homes provide a welcoming, high-standard environment for independent adult guests, migrants, and individuals transitioning toward long-term housing independence.

Our Mission & Vision

We believe that stable, clean, and supportive accommodation is essential for personal growth and community well-being. In collaboration with community welfare partners—including the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) and local housing networks—we provide temporary relief accommodation that eliminates financial uncertainty through an all-inclusive living model.

Our residential properties are high-standard, private 4-bedroom family homes thoughtfully prepared to ensure maximum comfort, privacy, and security:

• Furnished Private Spaces: Every bedroom features a comfortable Queen-size bed, fresh linen, personal storage, and wardrobe space.

• Zero Utility Bills: Rent is fully inclusive of electricity, gas, water, and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

• Complimentary Food Relief: Daily complimentary breakfast and afternoon snacks are provided for all residing guests.

• Essential Supplies: Regular hygiene packs, essential toiletries, and on-site laundry amenities (washing machine, outdoor clothes drying line, iron, and ironing board).

• Weekly Transport Assistance: Scheduled weekly complimentary transport for local grocery shopping and essential errands.

• Hygiene & Grounds Upkeep: Scheduled professional cleaning of shared common areas (kitchen, dining, and bathrooms) along with routine church-managed lawn care.

• Premises Security: Fully secure, lockable houses with active external CCTV camera monitoring to ensure safety and peace of mind.

• Independent Adult Living: Our temporary housing is suited for independent adults with no complex psychiatric or high-care supervision requirements.

• Ensuite Options: Ensuite rooms are strictly reserved for couples, family members, or two consenting adult friends sharing.

• All Genders Welcome: All adult guests of any gender are welcome across all our properties within secure, lockable houses.

• Peaceful Atmosphere: We maintain a quiet, clean, and respectful home environment with a strict indoor no-smoking rule and zero tolerance for illicit substances.
